Booking

How to hold your dates and pay.

  • How to book

    Message us on Telegram, Viber or WhatsApp, or give us a call, with the apartment, your dates and the number of guests. The dates are yours once we confirm the booking.

  • Prepayment

    To hold the dates we ask for a prepayment of [30% of the stay] within [24 hours] of confirmation, by card transfer. The rest is paid at check-in [in cash or by transfer].

  • Security deposit

    At check-in we take a refundable deposit of [1,000 ₴]. We return it at check-out after checking the apartment.

  • Cancellation

    Cancel for free up to [3 days] before arrival and we refund the prepayment in full. If you cancel later or do not arrive, the prepayment is not refunded.

  • Minimum stay

    The minimum stay is [1 night]. Over public holidays it may be [2 nights] or more.

  • Documents

    The guest who books must be at least [18] years old and show a passport or ID card at check-in.

  • Number of guests

    Only the guests named in the booking may stay overnight, up to the apartment's capacity. If you are coming with children, let us know in advance.

During your stay

What to know while you are staying with us.

  • Check-in and check-out

    Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is possible if the apartment is free, just ask [there may be an extra charge].

  • Quiet hours

    Please keep quiet from 22:00 to 08:00. Neighbours live in the building too.

  • No smoking

    Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (please use the balcony, if available). Breaking this rule costs [1,000 ₴] for extra cleaning.

  • No parties

    Parties and events are not allowed. Visitors who are not in the booking may come by only if we agree in advance.

  • Pets

    Pets are welcome only by prior arrangement and only in apartments that allow them.

  • Care for the apartment

    Treat the apartment as your own. If something breaks, tell us straight away. Damage beyond normal wear is paid from the deposit.

  • Save power and water

    When you go out, switch off the lights, air conditioner and appliances, and close the windows.

  • Keys

    Lock the door when you leave. Replacing a lost key or lock costs [500 ₴].

  • Before you leave

    Wash the dishes, put the rubbish in the bin and hand over the keys [as agreed]. No deep clean is needed.

  • Air-raid alerts

    During an air-raid alert, go to the nearest shelter. Its address is in your check-in instructions.
